Right down the highway in Fairfax is one of the best systems in the nation though.....<br /><br />I remember when I was in 4-6 grade, I went to a new public school where a system of badges was introduced. Actual pins you wore on your shirt. It's a racket. My ...Agree with medicating kids. It's a racket. My ex husband's nephew was diagnosed w/ADD and the social worker recommended meds. Thankfully his sister refused. He grew up fine, he was just a pain in the ass.<br /><br />Not sure I agree with schools failing to teach altogether, though. I need context. Example: did the child receiving a passing grade for getting a simple equation also got 29 other questions correct?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
