My little blonde fireball

This weekend my lovely wife ran her first 50k Trail Race in Maryland, taking 2nd in her Division!

50k over rough terrain!

(That's 31 miles for us metric-challenged Americans)

    GREAT JOB...

    I was a marathon runner before I was stupid enough to dive off a boat into shallow water...
    I always wanted to go ultra, oh well..
