I love a show that pisses off the Left and the Right!

And damned if he's not right.

  1. Broke open The Glenlivet last night and got my Irish on.

I was speechifying very similarly in my living room around 10pm.

At least I think I was.

  2. I don't think there was much there to piss off the left. He was preaching from their litany. Unfortunately, he's right.

The left brings this up to justify their push for more statism, more control and less liberty for individuals.

So I agree with his speech, but I violently disagree more statism, more Obamaism, will fix it. He's screwing us in deeper.

  3. MSgt B - When I watched this episode, it was Macallan 15 for me. I really can't remember what I may have been ranting at the time.

SF - The reviews and commentary I've seen has been from people-waiting-to-be-offended...from the left and the right. And you'll get no argument from me that the left looks to statism to solve problems [doubly so when they have a solution looking for a problem].

Of course, you know my position on this issue.....the left has it wrong, but the right hasn't done any better.

  4. I have not yet tried Balvenie...but I'm still pretty green with SMS.

I have found a taste for Highland Park, Bowmore, MacCallan and a few others.

CAN NOT drink Ardbeg....it's like I'm chewing peat. There's a bottle here for you if that's to your liking.
