Tommy Franks in November 2001 to initiate planning for the “decapitation” of the Iraqi government and the empowerment of a “Provisional Government” to take its place.

Even though some of this is old hat to people that have followed this. It is still important info to have.
This was all a effen set up. And they got away with is.
Unfortunately over 4,000 U.S. soldiers and countless innocent civilians did not.
The over 4,000 soldiers and many thousands more innocent are just as much victims of terror as the 3,000 who died on 9/11. Only Bush and his administration, as well as those in Congress that voted to let this manace do whatever Cheney and Rummy told him to are complicit in their deaths.
